Who we are

Togolese of Charlotte is an association of Togolese residing in Charlotte, North Carolina and its surroundings. It was founded on May 22nd 2016 after a group of people from the former association ATCN came together to reflect on the reasons why the latter crumbled.

In November 2016, the organization officially registered as a 501(c)3 organization thanks to the hard work of the then President Dede K. Sama and her executive board along with  the determination of pioneers such as Ralph Totu, Blaise Aziague, Daniella Akpo, Patrice Ognodo and Yawo Xedjro.
